7 am

The tea goes cold while the questions pile up

Rima has sold sarees on Facebook for three years. At 7 am her phone shows twenty-seven messages, and half of them ask the price. Orders go into a notebook, and remembering which ones went out is her job too.

  • The same question, twenty times a day
  • Digging through Messenger to find who ordered what
  • Keeping “is the red one left?” in your head
  • A notebook that never adds up at month end

  • Hi, what's the price?
  • Do you have size L?
  • Delivery cost outside Dhaka?
  • Is the red one available?
  • I ordered yesterday, when will it come?
  • Can you send more photos?
  • Please check your inbox 🙏
  • I'll get back to you soon!

Price? It's on the page. Size? Also on the page.

Rima took photos on her phone and typed in the price, sizes and stock. Now buyers open the link, see it all for themselves and order when they like something. The “how much?” messages have slowed to a trickle.

The buyer typed a name, phone and address at checkout. The delivery charge was picked from the address, inside or outside Dhaka, the total worked itself out, and one came off the stock. Rima has one job left: pack it and tap “Shipped”.

Evening: time to dress up the shop

Try themes, colours and fonts, and publish only when you like what you see. We matched the colour pairs in advance, so text stays easy to read even on dark colours.

10 pm

Rima's asleep. The shop isn't.

Orders come in at 2 am too. The rules that guard the shop against fake orders, tampered prices and prying eyes run on the server, so nobody has to stay up keeping watch.

  • Set fake orders aside

Marking an order fake puts the stock back. It no longer counts toward your monthly order limit or your sales.

  • Block a buyer in one click

Block the buyer while marking the order fake. That number can't place orders any more.

  • Prices checked on the server

Prices and totals sent from a buyer's phone are never trusted. The server works out prices, stock and totals itself.

  • Every shop is separate

Your products, orders and buyers belong to your shop only. No other shop can see them.

  • A record of who changed what

Every order step keeps who changed it and when.

  • Bangla and English

The dashboard and the shop work in both languages, with prices in taka.
